I forgot how much I love doing Fresh 48 sessions. I usually see babies in my studio when they are 5-10 days old and that is pretty darn new, but there is nothing like a baby that is less than 48 hours old. The excitement and exhaustion in the hospital room is almost tangible. I absolutely LOVE doing lifestyle shoots in black and white. I feel like it captures the raw feelings and emotions of the moment a little better.

Seeing these images brings back each of my four son's deliveries.
